Design
With over a decade of experience in high-end design and manufacture of aluminium parts, we have tailored our processes to meet the ever growing needs of today's fast-paced industry.
Our vast experience in the design of various components, from simple brackets to complex moving assemblies, means we stand apart from the average machine shop.
We are happy to undertake work from any starting point, be it the production of prototype parts from an existing drawing or CAD model, right through to a full design and manufacture service.
Inspection
Our Quantum 4 CNC machine offers the precision of a modern CMM and also the ability to inspect parts or components against geometric tolerances or CAD models.
The Inspect3D-Pro(+Cad) software is powerful and capable of producing measurement results quickly.
The data is converted in QCT’s own surface geometry on NURBS mathematics (recognised as the most stable and accurate surface parameterisation available).
Batch Production
New for 2020, AliTech Precision has added state of the art 5-Axis machining mills complete with pallet loading automation.
This new investment, combined with advanced programming software, gives us the ability to run medium volume batches of components back to back, quicker, and more efficiently than ever before.
Parts can also be measured whilst being manufactured to ensure customer tolerances are always met.
Carbon Fibre
Also new for 2020, is the increased capacity for offering bespoke carbon fibre components and assemblies.
We offer the ability to carry full package design work, from assembly design, through to the manufacturing of aluminium sub-assembly components, tooling and bonding jigs if required.
Working closely with our sister company, AliTech takes the hard work out of designing the perfect pre-preg component for your needs, ensuring the correct material selection, weave orientation and ply thickness.
